Section 47
<br> to be filed within the time limit
If a certain period of time is fixed according to the law for filing a petition in a court, such period of time shall be considered as a statute of limitations.
(2) If there is a time limit as per sub-section (1), the concerned person should file a complaint in the court within such time limit.
(3) If a person appears in the court to file a petition contrary to sub-section (2), his petition shall not be registered and even if it has been registered for any reason, such petition shall be dismissed.
